Return policy

Severely Damaged or Quality Problem: If the product is severely damaged when received or has a quality problem within 1 month, you can request a refund or replacement. Please contact us here within 10 days of product delivery.

Misprinted, damaged, or defective items: Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received.

Lost in Transit: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date, Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.

we cannot accept refunds, returns, or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color or simply don’t like the product.

Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility.

In some cases, we may not be able to provide a return but we can provide a full or partial refund

In some extremely rare cases, we may not be able to provide a refund or return, but we can provide a sizable gift card or simply give a replacement or an entirely free new product.
